The State Engineer's Office is accountable for the administration of the Intermodal Transportation Division (ITD).

The State Engineer is the Director of ITD and oversees three Deputy State Engineers, that incorporate three major programs:  Operations, Development, and Valley Transportation. 

State Engineer's Staff also provides overall division support in the area of Management, Budget, Personnel and Training.
