Permits are required for any work within the State Right of Way such as driveways, grading, fence removal or replacement, surveying, geo technical investigation. Parades and banners require a special use permit. Signs are not permitted, signs are only placed when the are approved by our regional traffic office and conform to the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices.
